My name is Natalie Purcell, I'm 19 and I'm the leader of the kid's ministry at my church in Perth Australia and have been for about a year and a half.
I also study Primary school teaching at the University of Notre Dame.
My team of leaders at my church are all in their early 20's and aren't very experienced
BUT
we have a lot of great ideas and as I have found other people's blog on children's ministry to be extremely helpful I though we might be able to help a few others in return.
